Our Largest Legislative Victory to date.
We passed AB422 Unanimously in both the Assembly and the Senate. It was signed by the Governor and goes into effect in October 2015.

Handlebar height is now 6" above the shoulder when sitting on your bike, and most importantly we have 1 set of laws defining a motorcycle and it's operation for the entire state. It seemed like a reasonable request, and everyone agreed. Democracy does work and we are going to try to increase our participation in the system. Our State and our Nation is better off when we all care enough to pay attention.
